How Bloomve.com collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal information across its directory, marketplace and enquiry services.

Effective date: 15 August 2026 · Last updated: 15 August 2026
This is Bloomve's published legal text. Any field shown in square brackets must be completed with the correct legal/operator information before relying on the document as final.

1. Who We Are

Bloomve.com ("Bloomve", "we", "us" or "our") is an online directory and marketplace platform that may facilitate business listings, wellness and Ayurveda enquiries, accommodation and retreat enquiries, vendor stores, bookings and related marketplace services.

Bloomve is operated by NROOTZ, trading under the registered business name Nrootz, with its principal business address at:

Door No. 66/1150, Suite No. G2, Kalabhavan Road, Ernakulam North, Kochi, Kerala - 682018, India

For applicable data-protection purposes, NROOTZ, trading as Nrootz, is responsible for the personal information processed through Bloomve.com.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the way your information is handled, you may contact us using the details provided at the end of this Policy.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through Bloomve.com and related Bloomve services, including information provided by:

  • Website visitors;
  • People making enquiries about Ayurveda, wellness, accommodation or other listed services;
  • Customers purchasing products or services through participating vendors;
  • Vendors, businesses, accommodation providers, practitioners, doctors, wellness centres and other service providers registering with Bloomve;
  • Users creating or managing Bloomve accounts; and
  • People communicating with Bloomve through email, forms, telephone, WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.

Independent businesses and practitioners listed on Bloomve may also have their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

3. Information We Collect

A. Contact and Account Information

We may collect information such as:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Country or general location;
  • Account login information;
  • Communication preferences; and
  • Information provided when contacting customer support.

B. Wellness and Enquiry Information

When you make an enquiry through a wellness, Ayurveda, medical tourism, retreat or practitioner listing, you may voluntarily provide information concerning your requirements.

This may include treatment interests, preferred dates, accommodation requirements, wellness goals and other information you choose to include in your enquiry.

Some information you voluntarily provide may reveal information concerning your physical or mental health and may therefore receive additional protection under applicable privacy laws.

Please do not provide detailed medical records, prescriptions, government identification numbers, financial passwords or other information that is not reasonably required to answer your enquiry.

Bloomve is not intended to function as an electronic medical-record system.

C. Vendor, Business and Practitioner Information

Where a business, practitioner or vendor registers with Bloomve, we may collect:

  • Name and business name;
  • Business address and contact details;
  • GSTIN, PAN or other tax information where required;
  • Business registration information;
  • Professional or regulatory licences;
  • AYUSH or other relevant registration/licence information;
  • Identity or business-verification documents;
  • Bank or payout information where required;
  • Store, accommodation or practitioner details;
  • Photographs, logos and business descriptions; and
  • Other information reasonably required to verify or operate a listing.

Information intended for publication on a Bloomve profile — such as business name, address, public telephone number, services, photographs and opening information — may be visible publicly.

Private verification, identity, banking and KYC documents are not intended to be displayed publicly.

D. Payment and Transaction Information

When payments are made through Bloomve, transactions may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

Bloomve may receive information including:

  • Transaction ID;
  • Payment status;
  • Amount;
  • Order or booking reference;
  • Refund information; and
  • Limited billing or payer information.

Bloomve does not intentionally collect or store sensitive payment authentication information such as full card security codes, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.

Additional KYC or payout information required for vendor settlements may be collected directly by the relevant payment or banking provider.

E. Technical and Usage Information

When you use Bloomve, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address;
  • Browser and device type;
  • Operating system;
  • Pages visited;
  • Date and time of visits;
  • Referring pages;
  • Cookie or similar identifiers;
  • Website error and security logs; and
  • Approximate location derived from technical information.

Precise device location will only be requested where a feature genuinely requires it and where appropriate permission has been obtained.

F. Communications

We may retain communications you send to Bloomve, including enquiries, support requests, complaints and correspondence necessary to provide or improve our services.

4. How We Collect Information

We may obtain information:

  • Directly from you;
  • Through forms and account registrations on Bloomve;
  • Through transactions or bookings;
  • Through vendors or service providers involved in fulfilling your request;
  • From our payment, hosting, security and technology providers;
  • Through cookies and similar technologies; and
  • Where lawful, from publicly available business or professional sources for listing verification or directory accuracy.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may process personal information to:

  • Operate and maintain Bloomve;
  • Create and manage accounts and business profiles;
  • Process registrations and verify vendors or practitioners;
  • Send an enquiry to the business, practitioner, accommodation provider or wellness centre selected by you;
  • Respond to requests for assistance;
  • Facilitate bookings, purchases and marketplace transactions;
  • Process platform charges, commissions, refunds and vendor settlements;
  • Generate invoices and maintain tax or accounting records;
  • Prevent fraud, spam, misuse and security incidents;
  • Maintain and improve website functionality;
  • Understand how the Platform is used;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • Send marketing communications where we have the appropriate permission to do so.

Bloomve does not use health information submitted in an enquiry to make an automated medical diagnosis or treatment decision.

6. Wellness and Health Information

Because some Bloomve services relate to Ayurveda, wellness and healthcare providers, an enquiry may contain information concerning your health.

Where required by applicable law, we will ask you to actively consent before processing or sharing such information.

Health-related information submitted through an enquiry will normally be used only to:

  • Process the enquiry;
  • Send it to the provider you have selected or requested Bloomve to contact;
  • Facilitate communication concerning your request;
  • Provide support in relation to that enquiry; or
  • Meet a legal obligation.

We do not sell health information for advertising purposes.

When your enquiry is transmitted to an independent doctor, clinic, Ayurveda centre, practitioner, retreat or other service provider, that provider may separately process the information for purposes connected with responding to you or providing its services.

The provider is responsible for its own professional, medical and data-protection obligations when processing information independently.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share personal information where reasonably necessary with:

Selected Vendors and Service Providers

If you contact a business or submit an enquiry through its Bloomve profile, relevant enquiry information may be provided to that business so it can respond.

Bloomve will not intentionally provide one provider with access to enquiries intended exclusively for another provider.

Technology and Operational Providers

Information may be processed by companies assisting us with functions such as:

  • Website hosting;
  • Cloud infrastructure;
  • Email delivery;
  • Customer communications;
  • Analytics;
  • Security and fraud prevention;
  • Payment processing; and
  • Technical support.

Such providers should only receive information reasonably required to perform the services supplied to Bloomve.

Payment Providers

Information necessary to process payments, refunds, commissions or payouts may be shared with the applicable payment-service provider.

Professional Advisers

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to accountants, auditors, lawyers or other professional advisers.

Government and Legal Authorities

We may disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid court order, regulatory requirement or lawful request from an authorised government or law-enforcement agency.

Business Restructuring

If the ownership or operation of Bloomve or the relevant business is transferred, merged, reorganised or sold, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

Bloomve does not sell or rent personal information to unrelated third parties for monetary consideration.

8. Provider Profiles and Public Information

Business-profile information intentionally submitted for publication may be accessible publicly and may appear in search engines.

Before publishing a profile, vendors should therefore avoid including private residential addresses, personal identification documents, bank details or any other information they do not want made public.

Documents submitted only for verification, KYC, licensing or compliance purposes are treated separately from public profile information.

9. Payments

Payment transactions may be processed through an independent payment service clearly identified during checkout.

Payment providers may process information independently according to their own privacy policies and regulatory obligations.

Bloomve may retain transaction references and associated records where necessary to manage orders, bookings, refunds, commissions, disputes, accounting and statutory obligations.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Bloomve may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:

  • Essential website functionality;
  • Security;
  • Remembering preferences;
  • Website analytics;
  • Measuring website performance; and
  • Marketing or advertising, where permitted.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after appropriate consent has been obtained.

You may change your cookie preferences through the cookie controls provided on the website where available.

A separate Cookie Notice may provide additional information about the specific cookies and third-party technologies currently used on Bloomve.

11. Marketing and Nrootz Communications

Providing information to use Bloomve does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications from Nrootz.

We may send promotional communications concerning Bloomve, Nrootz or related services only where we have an appropriate legal basis or you have separately opted in where consent is required.

Marketing consent will not be treated as a condition for submitting a normal Bloomve enquiry or registering for services unless that communication is genuinely necessary to provide the requested service.

You may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, account, security, booking or service-related communications.

12. International Users and Data Transfers

Bloomve may be accessed by users outside India, including Non-Resident Indians and users located in the European Union or European Economic Area.

Some technology or service providers used by Bloomve may process information in countries different from the country where the user is located.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, Bloomve will take reasonable steps to use legally recognised transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

International payment processing, currency conversion and banking requirements are handled separately in accordance with applicable payment and financial regulations.

13. Data Retention

We do not intend to keep personal information indefinitely.

The retention period depends on the reason the information was collected.

For example:

  • Account and profile information may be retained while an account or listing remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards;
  • Enquiry information may be retained while necessary to facilitate the enquiry, provide support, address disputes, prevent misuse or comply with legal obligations;
  • Vendor verification information may be retained while necessary to verify or manage the relevant listing and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements;
  • Payment, transaction, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required under applicable financial and tax laws;
  • Security logs may be retained for periods reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; and
  • Consent and opt-out records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance with privacy and marketing requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we will take appropriate steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to any legal obligation requiring continued retention.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

These may include access restrictions, authentication controls, secure communications, system monitoring, backups and restrictions on access to private vendor or user information.

Payment credentials are handled through specialist payment-service providers rather than being intentionally stored by Bloomve.

No website, transmission system or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will investigate the incident and notify affected individuals, regulators or other authorities where notification is required under applicable law.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending upon your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These may include the right to:

  • Ask whether we process personal information about you;
  • Request access to information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of information where applicable;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable;
  • Request portability of information where applicable;
  • Opt out of direct marketing; and
  • Make a privacy complaint.

Withdrawing consent does not automatically make processing carried out before withdrawal unlawful.

Certain information may need to be retained despite a deletion request where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request.

Requests may be sent to:

Email: compliance@bloomve.com

Subject: Privacy Request

16. Additional Rights for EU/EEA Users

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies to Bloomve's processing, personal information may be processed on one or more legal bases including:

  • Your consent;
  • Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into one;
  • Compliance with a legal obligation;
  • Bloomve's or another party's legitimate interests, provided those interests do not override applicable individual rights; and
  • Explicit consent or another legally permitted condition where special-category information such as health information is involved.

EU/EEA users may also have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, together with the right to complain to the appropriate data-protection supervisory authority.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

For international privacy enquiries, contact info@bloomve.com.

17. Children and Minors

Bloomve's general marketplace and enquiry services are intended primarily for adults.

We do not knowingly encourage children under 18 to independently provide sensitive personal information.

Where a parent or legal guardian makes an enquiry concerning a child, information should be provided by the responsible adult and limited to what is reasonably necessary for the enquiry.

Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, Bloomve may request appropriate confirmation before processing the information.

18. Third-Party Websites and Services

Bloomve profiles may contain links to third-party websites, social-media pages, booking systems, payment services or other external services.

Bloomve does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

You should review the relevant third party's privacy information before providing personal information directly to them.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Bloomve, our services, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on Bloomve.com together with the updated effective or revision date.

Where a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will take additional steps to notify affected users where required.

20. Privacy and Compliance Contact

For privacy complaints, questions or requests concerning personal information, contact:

Email: compliance@bloomve.com

We will address privacy complaints and requests as promptly as reasonably possible and within the time limits required under applicable law.

This Policy operates alongside applicable privacy, information-technology and data-protection requirements that apply to Bloomve from time to time.
